That's what I thought too. Could also be the evil villan.
Watch it in slow motion and it is even scarier. Someone is getting tortured. Just like we are by having to wait a week for it.
Fringe is so epic!

It does sort of look like a William Bell look-a-like, which it could be in this timeline. In the original 2 timelines both Bell's were dead but in this one WHO KNOWS!?Q!

I think it looks more like Jones which is more sensible considering we were told that William was dead already and the 'other William' died from something I can't remember but our William told us that already.

Why has nobody commented on the Mr X? Mr X is going to kill Olivia we found that out after LSD Episode. She drew him and told us he would be the man that would kill her.

Is that man the same that was with Alt-Nina when they drugged Olivia in her apartment (Actor Monte Markham)?, He also appears in the beginning of the promo.
