If fringe depends on the fans to survive is not a good idea what they are doing. ...
what in the world do you mean by that?
I liked this episode.
the Sam Weiss is old news stuff, but still... gotta catch up the laymen
I agree that the show isn't just about Peter and Olivia's relationship, though I was very sad about Peter's feelings in the end of the episode. But I'm also really interested in seeing the explanation they have about the connection that Peter has to the doomsdevice. I mean, how could the first people know that millions years later a man would steel a kid from another universe and that boy will have to choose between these two worlds. I don't know why Peter has anything to do with that machine. If the first people has built the machine, why didn't they ended the other world at that time? I don't know, they still have a lot of mysteries to solve and I really wouldn't stop seeing the show just because Peter likes fauxlivia. Honestly, I don't think it will last anyway, it's not good for the audience. I think he will soon be in love with our Olivia again.

steal*
Another easter egg in the episode, which I noticed immediately was at the beginning of the episode when Nina is going through William Bell's stuff. She looks at Bell's diploma from Yale and one of the books on the right is written by one Dr. Spock: http://yfrog.com/h3pbakp
I don't want to see Peter in love with faux Olivia, but I can't think of many things more amusing than Walter trying to play matchmaker. I can only hope that Nina shares the info she learned from Sam with Walter.
I think some of the Fauxlivia memory cocktail Walternate gave our Olivia has been absorbed into her physiology. That was some shot she made, and we all know just as Olivia has the photographic memory, Fauxlivia is an Olympic Medal winning sharpshooter. Makes you wonder what other Fauxlivia like reactions will pop up from Olivia.
Could there be a hybrid Olivia in the making? The fusing together of Fauxlivia and Olivia? They share the same DNA afterall. Hum?
True- I had forgot about that cocktail. It was an impressive shot she made. Peter is dumb if he doesn't go for the obviously smarter Olivia who now also has the same skills as Fauxlivia, which was the only strength she had going for her.
I just don't buy the whole "she is quicker to smile" thing anyway. Maybe Peter should give her something to smile about instead of messing up her coffee. Seriously!
What were the other strengths that Olivia mentioned that Fauxlivia has? She is more apt to wear a dress?
Seems easily fixable if Peter would take her out on a real date instead of flirting with her at work all the time. Come on Peter, be a man!
The fringe producers want to do is a competition between the two, only that fans do not want Altlivia and peter together...
where is the observer's shadow?
come on...
