The Observer can be walking past the Rosencrantz building, right at the beginning of the episode.
Hidden Glyph: I didn't see any hidden Fringe symbols in this episode. It may not be an "every episode" Easter egg, like the Observer or Next Episode Clues. Or maybe I just missed it... if you find something, let me know!
Next Episode Clue: In the last episode "Immortality", the license plate of the second victim is APT6B. In this episode, Alice Merchant lived in Apt 6B, which is also the title of the episode.
Glyphs code in the Fringe episode 6B spelled out HEARTS.
In fact, in the final glyph of the "glyph code", the standard yellow "firefly" was replaced by a heart.
Green, Green, Green, Red: The lights on the Amber-releasing device light up Green, Green, Green, Red, like the amnesia-inducing devices in The Equation.
Some other interesting screenshots from 6B:
In Walter and Peter's house, there is a chalkboard on the wall with a "TO DO" checklist. There's not a good shot of the whole thing, so I "shooped" this from two different screenshots. The simple checklist reads: Shop (check), Clean (check), Experiment (not checked). Was this Walter's plan for that day? Shop for Pancake mix, Clean the place so it looks nice for when Olivia comes over, then leave to Experiment, so Peter and Olivia have the house to themselves...
Tulips: There was a recurring theme of tulips throughout the episode. Was the a reference to the love story in White Tulip, or possibly the Next Episode Clue for Subject 13?
Walter flipping a coin in the Rosencrantz building. Rosencrantz is a minor character from Hamlet, but more interestingly, a major character from "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead". According to Wikipedia:
The play opens with Rosencrantz and Guildenstern betting on coin flips. Rosencrantz, who bets heads each time, wins ninety-two flips in a row. The extreme unlikeliness of this event according to the laws of probability leads Guildenstern to suggest that they may be 'within un-, sub- or supernatural forces'. The reader learns why they are where they are: the King has sent for them. Guildenstern theorizes on the nature of reality, focusing on how an event becomes increasingly real as more people witness it.
When Missus Marcello leaves because she "can't take it anymore", she tells the doorman that she's going to the "Schrodinger Hotel, on Flatbush". Schrodinger is a reference to Nobel Prize winning Austrian physicist Erwin Schrödinger, known for his work in quantum physics and the Schrödinger's cat experiment. According to Wikipedia:
Schrödinger's cat is a thought experiment, usually described as a paradox, devised by Austrian physicist Erwin Schrödinger in 1935. It illustrates what he saw as the problem of the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics applied to everyday objects. The thought experiment presents a cat that might be alive or dead, depending on an earlier random event. In the course of developing this experiment, he coined the term Verschränkung (entanglement).
The portable seismograph. According to Engadget, the device is a Dell Streak.
The booze that Olivia brings over is labeled "Kentucky Straight Bourbon", but anyone who lives in KY (like me) can tell you that the distinctive bottle is the super-premium small batch bourbon Woodford Reserve. Mmmm. It's too bad they didn't do an actual product placement.
For the Polivia "shippers"!

Nice job, Dennis.
I totally missed the license plate, the tulips, and Walter's 'To Do' list. I also thought she brought scotch-my bad. We will never know but I think Walter laced their breakfast with some kind of aphrodisiac drug. But since they didn't get to touch it...that will probably remain another unsolved Fringe mystery!
(Also, thanks for the P/O pics. Polivia shippers may want to paste them somewhere to look at and remember, when everything goes downhill.)
Great stuff. It's super quick but did you notice that Olivia momentarily made the lights flicker when Walter threatened to put her into a "heightened state of fear"?
As the episode begins there is a sign above
that says Tulip Food. I know white tulips are important does this sign mean anything?
I think all the Tulip references are pointing to the next episode "Subject 13"
Probably, because Peter and Olivia´s talking will take place in a garden of tulips...
After Walter stole Peter he asked God to send him a sign that he forgave him, and the sign he asked for was a white tulip. I don't remember the episode name, but it was about a man who time travels in order to stop his fiance from dieing.
Awesome Easter egg round up. I found a few more. The tray standing on Mrs. Merchant’s stove reminded me of the apple glyph. The number on the police car was 4738. 47 shows up all the time and is a remnant from Lost. Then I played with the numbers: 4+7=11, 3+8=11, and 11+11=22 which shows up a lot as well on Fringe. 7-4=3, 8-3=5, 5+3=8 which is infinity but also Olivia’s number. She even knocked 8 times when she came to Peter’s house at the end.

Regarding the Next Episode Clue in "Immortality" for "6B":
right after showing the rear of the car with the license plate reading "APT 6B", the camera pans around to the drivers side of the car showing a tall building in the background. the building (never referenced again) has the name "SEYMOUR BUILDING" written on it. I'm fairly certain this is part of the NEC, along with the license plate. That is, the importance of Apt 6B is that it's in a building where we See More; it is Apt 6B in the See-More Building.
