Where are the Observer's legs?
i think we are to assume he's behind the cop car which would mean we can't see him. but the problem is that he wouldn't appear that tall if he was another 5+ feet back. So pretty much they screwed up and it's kind of a cheesy addition since he wasn't sized to scale.
