One of the exclusive features found only on the Blu-ray edition of Fringe Season 1, is the "Fringe Pattern Analysis", which mixes Fringe's science with expert commentary, show notes, photos, and diagrams. There are six different episodes that are analyzed. Here is the FPA from the Fringe episode "The Transformation".
