Theory;
the two mean are Walter and the Observer.
If that was Robert David Jones with the ski mask his hands weren't shaking-hmm. So who darted Nina? Charlie? Broyles?
Yous can clearly see eyebrows on the one man. So he couldn't be the observer.

Well, the man with the gun (and eyebrows) was taller. I'm pretty sure that Walter is shorter than the Observer.
Not to be too much of a nit picker here, but you do realize you labeled the video with next weeks title, and not this weeks?
