As you can see, it declares that Loyalty Is Opportunity and encourages you to Join Us. Underneath this are the words HEED OBEY SERVE in the Observer alphabet and the final helpful note For More Information, Contact Your Local Representative. There's no mention of the show's name at all (not that there needs to be!) and there are ads for the upcoming series The Following and Arrow that use the same technique of appearing to come from the reality of the show without naming names.
