Recuperating from the traumatic and alarming meeting with Massive Dynamic founder William Bell (guest star Nimoy), Agent Dunham consumes a powerful “fringe” concoction that Dr. Bishop prescribes to stimulate her memory. Meanwhile, the Fringe Division investigates a series of robbery cases that are tied to shape-shifting. As clues are tracked and memories are jogged, another woman experimented on by Dr. Bishop is introduced and a flashback reveals more about Olivia’s visit to the alternate reality.

The only good thing about the episode is the idiot plot line is over with...

They want me to believe that NO ONE figured out that something was going on with Charlie for 6 months?!? Including his girlfriend/wife/whatever?

And when they realized the Nurse wasn't the shape shifter they didn't even CONSIDER THAT CHARLIE MIGHT BE THE SHAPE SHIFTER?!?!?!?!

WTF, Fringe? WTF?

Oh and THEN they pull the "We won't tell you what happened to Astrid so you HAVE TO watch next week to find out!!!" BS? Right...

You mean 6 weeks, not 6 months.

Take a look at the mural in the alley during the fight at the 50 min mark... Lots and lots of Easter eggs.

I am beginning to think, More and more, that Olivia is the biological daughter of Walter Bishop. He was just the sperm donor/father and the she may have been "engineered" to have her special abilities ... in some of the videos that Walter reviews in which Olivia is a youn child, he calles her "Olive" .. this would be more of a term of endearment that a father would give to a child than what a "lab scientist" would give a test subject ...

Looks like ole Jen up there might wanna chill out

I thought I saw a head shot of Charlie on the mural. Also is last night's episode( the scene w/Dr.Bell and Olivia)related to the clip on Fringe Home where Dr.B asks her, "Is the incident contained?" "How bad is it?"?

I'm glad the producers are fans of good progressive music. Yes' I've Seen All Good People on the turntable during the psychedelic scene was classic. I wonder if Jon Anderson (Yes vocalist) and Chris Squire (Yes bassist) are fans of the show?

Some trivia from this ep: They referenced Invasion of the Body Snatchers, the remake. Leonard Nimoy was in that, the character he played was Dr. Kibner. In this ep, Ms. Kibner was the name of Walter's test subject.

There was a reference to the massive dynamic website and the fact that olivia needed to get onto it remotly. Has anyone tried to get into the employee access recently?

When Olive lies on the ground (at the beginning of the scene where she fights with carlie) , you can see 4 fringe-glyphs on the spraypaint behind her (the yellow-blue wall) ;)

When Walter was escorting the lady they experimented on home in her car (sorry can't remember her name), Peter walked around to her side of the car and said it was nice to meet her. Clearly there was the spot of light that is associated with glyphs floating on his face and she noticed it. What is the significance of that I wonder?

When did that happen? What did happen to Astrid? Did I miss it?

Anywho, i loved the episode, best one of the season yet. By the way, who cares if Olivia is stupid enough to believe 'Shape-changer Charlie's' text; if she'd have stayed with Nina, we wouldn't have had the Mural for the nerds to analyse the hell out of.

There is a script error in this episode.
Oliva's boss refer's to the shape shifter after she kills him as "peter" instead of "Charlie" when he is trying to console her on the park bench at the end of the episode. Perhaps they had an alternate script and decided against it.

to answer your question J about the spot of Light on Peter's face. If you watched any of the previous episodes. They practically scream hints at you that Peter is not from this universe. And in one episode the confirm this when Walter goes to Peter's grave after telling Peter that the teleportation machine was made to steal someone he loved from the "other side". This spot of light and her strange look at him confirms that she see's he doens't belong...but doesn't want to question Walter, who she cleary has feelings for.
