The Observer can be spotted in the Fringe episode White Tulip, at the very end of the episode, just before the car crash.

I saw an observer earlier in the episode in a grey trenchcoat!
There were a few guys in coats and fedoras at the end while he's running to the car, but they were not Observers.
There was a seahorse in the dudes medicine cabinet too, I would have to wait for the blueray to see if its the same as the glyph one.
