I watch Fringe, hard to say how much I like it, but I'm trying to follow. I also live in Beverly, MA. Which is directly next to Salem, where Olivia had to go and retrieve the package. That wasn't Salem. And it upset me. It looked as if she were driving on Martha's Vineyard the way the beach looked on her left. There is nowhere in Salem that is that empty or desolate. Just needed to share that it bugged me.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. That happens a lot on the show, mainly because it set in Boston, but most of it is filmed in NY.

I was really happy to see Fringe get "back on track" last night and begin to address the overall story. I was getting tired of the weird/gross stand alone disease/attack of the week. Now, of course, we have to wait until April to begin to get some answers! :(

April?

The observer was right in the beginning watching the newstand guy collapse. He made direct eye contact with the victim.

Did Olivia turn off the lights or did the lighted machine sense and know her presense which was the test - she stayed? Maybe it could sense the drug she was given as a child. I noticed cute guy hung around, too, a bigger test of concern! New to show, but it looks like a hit!

Cute guy hahaha, yeah I totally think that Peter being there had something to do with it.
And yeah April, that suckssss

Brenna, Peter had nothing to do with the lights going off. The comment above yours was philosophically referring to the fact that Peter passed a different kind of test - loyalty to Olivia - most would have run for their lives, but he risked his life and stayed just to check on Olivia.
