Observers make an appearance in every Fringe episode. In the Fringe episode "A Better Human Being", one can be spotted walking past the gas station store window, just as Peter enters looking for Olivia..

Very good this your perception, Dennis. When it appeared that scene, I automatically directed my gaze to Peter entering the shop. I did not see, really, this Observer, appears in the window on the right side. Is that the Observer had something regarding the "disappearance" of Olivia?
