Second Vid of "Where Will You Be?"

A second promotional video titled "Where Will You Be?" is now up on the main Fringe page at fox.com/fringe, and also on YouTube.

UPDATE: Here is a screenshot from the video:

The screenshot contains the Bhagavad Gita quote "Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds". The quote is synonymous with J. Robert Oppenheimer, the "father of the atomic bomb". You can see a video of that famous statement on Youtube.

The time of 6:02 AM flashes several times in the video, and is the title of Fringe episode #320.

  1. There's 6:02 AM again, and now it says "Now, I become Death, the destroyer of worlds." That's creepy!!!!!

  2. At the end was that Bolivia and Lincoln having a conversation about the machine? It sounded like Lincoln.

What were you looking at? I don't see any of that on this promo.

  5. no fringe for 2 weeks!! you gotta give us better than this short butt promo!

  6. I predict we'll get more promos next week. Hang tight!

  7. @Matthew the Curmudgeon

You got to pause just right when the "Where will you be?" makes a sudden shift.

  8. So does anyone think its significant that in all these promos that it's not 6:02 AM (with a zero) displayed but 6:O2 AM (with an "O")? At least that's what the font selection makes it look to me.

  9. So it always alternates Blue and Redverse characters. If so, Sam Weiss in the Blueverse is the equivalent of the machine in the Redverse. Need to think about it. "One machine to destroy an entire world"(Bolivia). "And save another one (Lincoln)". I am already suffering of Fringeless Friday.

  10. There are two of everyone, including "blue" Peter's tomb ... everyone except Sam Weiss ... makes you wonder why that is ...

Oh, and where will we be ? Watching the episode, that's for sure !!!

  11. @SF- it does indeed sound like Olivia and Lee. But from which universe?

    ReplyDelete
  12. It sounds to me like Sam Weiss speaking, not Lincoln. Hmmmm...Sam as the alternate machine - interesting

    ReplyDelete
  13. That does sound like Olivia and Lincoln. Most likely from the other side.
Sam Weiss sounds different from that.
Must say, I am beyond excited for the last four Episodes.

  14. I'm sorry but this should be conversation between PETER and Olivia not AltOlivia and Lincoln. Who is willing to bet that this will be ANOTHER case of Peter doesn't know? In other words, OLIVIA will get all the information about the machine while Peter will not know anything (the same way he doesn't know about the baby). I forgot, this is the "season of olivia" so SHE matters more than Peter.

  15. Having watched Nip/Tuck and Dirty Sexy Money before, Seth Gabel's voice became very familiar to me so I'm pretty sure it's Olivia (mostly likely fauxlivia/bolivia) and Lincoln, not Peter and Olivia. Besides, Peter (Joshua)'s voice is deeper than the male voice featured in this video and Sam Weiss's voice belongs to a totally different category.

  16. They've done it...with just two lines of dialogue in a 15 second video, they've aroused the annoying Peter Bishop fan base (no offence to Peter). Way to jump to conclusion, oh great hormonal ones.

something really worth *sign*ing a about...

    ReplyDelete
  17. '45' did you really mean "SIGN" or did you mean "SIGH"? Don't know about others but I'm confused. I could understand 'sigh' but not 'sign'. Explanation please.

    ReplyDelete
  18. its bolivia and lincoln ^^

  19. We have an OLIVIA-phobe among us. It's strange to me to hate a character so much, but everyone interprets this show in their own way. At least they are diehard fans like the rest of us. The writers would be pleased that their work has elicited such passion in their audience.

  20. Maybe I am SICK of the constant Peter bashing on this site as well as every other site I go to! So yeah, I am an Olivia-phobe who is sick of people bashing him all because of HER! Not to mention, all of this "Peter should prove his love for Olivia" nonsense and this "Peter should die if he chooses Fauxlivia!" PETER BASHING! I can't take it anymore!

    ReplyDelete
  21. 45/Katie, stop, please! Seek help.

I can't tell if it's Sam or Lincoln. They have exactly the same voice, only the inflections make them different, but the line is not long enough to differentiate them here.

  22. No, when people stop attacking Peter for this stupid Olivia switch maybe I would stop.

  23. i LOVE OLIVIA
BUT PETER AND WALTER ARE THE BEST SORRY OLIVIA FANS (ALMOST FRINGE FAN) BUT THE BISHOPS ARE REALLY REALLY SPECIAL SOMETHING YOU CN't IND ANYWEHRE ELSE BUT FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINGE

  25. 45:

WHO is attacking Peter/Joshua Jackson??? You keep making these sweeping statements about how 'everyone' hates Peter/Josh and bashes on them but frankly I have never seen it on this site - so please, give us some solid proof for a change!

    And Trent:
    Yes. I feel your pain:-P

  26. I think it's fairly obvious the the two voices were Fauxlivia and Lincoln, I think this fits because Peter and Olivia and for that mater, everyone Over Here should already have a decent idea of what's going on with the Machine. Over There they've never even heard of it. Have no idea what it is. I think that Lincoln and Scarlie will confront Fauxlivia about her trip Over Here and they'll start digging and found out about the Machine.

This will finally pit Scarlie, Lincoln, and Fauxlivia (maybe Bstrid too) against Walternate and the DoD. Over Here I think we're going to see OurLinc, Peter and Olivia have a similar reaction to Belly (Belilvia).

  27. I think that the Observers work for Sam Weiss, that everyone will find out that they have been manipulating events to conrol a desired outcome (distracting Walternate just as he discovered Peter's cure, saving Peter and Walter from the lake, giving Olivia the picture of Peter and the maching which caused her to cross over to save him). The end of this season will be uncovering their evil schemes and the war that will ensue will be everyone vs Sam and his Observer mignons. Just a thought.

    ReplyDelete
  28. MMMM.... Observer mignons. I prefer my mignons Pittsburgh rare - seared dark on the outside and red and juicy on the inside, then slathered with
    A-l steak sauce or Worchestershire.

All kidding aside, I think the word you were looking for is Observer minions. HeeHee...

    ReplyDelete
  29. Ha ha! I am not sure what to feel right now- failure for misspelling minions or proud that the word is not a regular part of my vocabulary. So hard to know! Ha ha!

    ReplyDelete
  30. WOW - and I thought I was the curmudgeon around here.
I'm totally bummed dudes and dudesses.

    ReplyDelete
  31. If you ask me, Weiss might be working for the Observers, not the other way round ...

    ReplyDelete
  32. I don't think it will prove to be quite that simplistic. Whether SW is a First Person (?) or not, it certainly is interesting that his red universe alternate is The Machine. Also, if the observers are patterned after Oatu (sp?), the Marvel Watcher, perhaps they are more an elemental force than constituents in the conflict between universes.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I don't really think that Sam and the Machine are their universes counterparts, but I think we will learn more information about the Same Weiss Over There and what role he played in the creation of the Machine (unless Same Over Here is actually the Sam Over There and there was a switch.)

    God I love this show.

    ReplyDelete
  34. 'Over There they've never even heard of it. Have no idea what it is' - sure about that? OT Walter knows about it. Just because they haven't talked about it 'on screen' don't mean Brandon and others don't know. OT Olivia knows about it, she secured a missing piece. I know it's hard to keep up with all these details but that's what happens when you jump to conclusions.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Fauxlivia was given classified information from Walternate before she embarked on her inter-dimensional excursion to identify pieces of
a machine and deliver them to the proper coordinates. I seriously doubt she knew of its intent. We don't even know of its intent. And if she does know, then she deserves the Death Ray.

  36. Conclusions! Conclusions! They are all we have at this point. Our brains are trying to fill in the gaps because (to use this idiom) "nature abhors a vacuum." Some fans are on to something, and some fans don't have a clue and are content with that. Let's not forget the main objective of this show - E N T E R T A I N M E N T!!!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Fauxlivia does know the machine's purpose, she's proved that a few times (one of which was when she asked Peter which universe he'd pick, and he said he'd try to find another way).

To the Anon who mentioned the 6:O2 instead of the 6:02 (letter not number), good observation. I didn't notice it.

Also, interesting choice of quote. I recently watched the episode "Peter" again, and Dr. Carla Warren (Walter's lab assistant, and the one who died in the fire) told Walter that exact quote to try to warn him about the dangers of crossing universes and the disastrous consequences.

I don't think that's an oh instead of a zero, I think the font they used just has a wide zero. The last two times those numbers have shown up in promo videos, they have definitely been zeros, not ohs. And the tweet that J.H. Wyman sent announcing the official title of Fringe episode #320 is "6:02 AM EST".
