I knew it. I saw it coming from the beginning of the season. Peter has left his DNA in Fauxlivia. He will chose her over Olivia at the end of the season because he's the father of Faux's child. Could he really be...gag...in love with her too? I guess soap opera-ish love triangles get dragged into everything eventually. Sigh!
Guys, these bugs are supposed to once digested eat the person from the inside out... So, if the solution that is foced down feauxOlivia's throat is infact the bug solution then I'm pretty sure that eating someone from the inside out would include a featus (baby) growing insisde her as well. However, I'm pretty sure she's going to live. Here's another theory of mine, She's going to be found before the bugs eat her and taken to the hospital and the doctor is going to tell her that she's preggers, she'll realize its Peter's and then Her boyfriend is going to show up. Yeah that's probs how it will go. EVENTHOUGH, I DON'T WANT HER TO BE PREGNANT FOR OUR POOR Olivia's sake.

I think Peter is just Blind right now, and cant see that the love of his life is right in front of him, works with him, and is a phone call away, NOT ANOTHER UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope the writers gave this whole Father thing for a a scam. This better not be true.
I'm sure the writers wouldn't chose that path, the faulxbaby, way to heavy ! besides it would mean they think the Fringe fans are all morons,(not very scifi spirit, a girl coming from another universe which is much more advanced than ours, and wouldn't manage to have a reliable contraceptive method !) No, no, no, I'm sure that Peter developed feelings for Faulxlivia, and when he will learn that Faulxlivia loves him too, he will start to ask himself about the nature of their relationship , does he finally belong with faulxlivia or not...
A theory : The two universes must be saved right ? so if Peter has a child in Alt-Universe and he finally choses Oliiva, the machine is able to create or destroy, Peter will have a link with both universes so they will be saved, and the machine will create a third universe instead of destroying one. Finally Olivia will respect the promess she made to Alt-Broyles, bla bla bla... And that's why Olivia should forgive Peter, in a way his mistake saved both world ! I'm not sure it's a good storyline but I'm not a professional;
I would be very desapointed, if this empty caracter was given such an important destiny or could be important in any way, cause all she deserves is to have a baby bug !, anyway I'm not wathing this episode.
I think both universes will survive and Peter will choose our Olivia, and Bolivia will choose her boyfriend......if peter will choose bolivia, then this whole fringe series is SHIT!
Thinking about it, maybe that was Fauxlivia's assignment. I mean, If she could get pregnant with Peter's baby, wouldn't that make him go back to the Other Side? Also, remeber when Newton said she wasn't sure if she could complete her assignment? It was in the 3x04 episode, right before they sleep together.
