Fringe Episode 215: Peter

Walter flashes back to 1985 while explaining Peter’s otherworldly origins to Olivia. Also, Peter’s mother (guest star Orla Brady) is introduced, and details of the neighboring world reaffirms that there is more than one of everything.

Discuss the episode here in the comments.

  1. What was the song that was playing in the background when Walter and The Observer were driving in the car with the child Peter in the back seat?

I remember the tune from the 70s or 80s - 3 reverb notes and then an octive higher 3 reverb notes. But I can't remember the name of the song nor the artist :-(

any help with my memory would be great :-)

  3. So what happened to Walter's wife? And what do you suppose happened to Walternate? Was he accused of kidnapping? And at what point did Walter lose the bits of his brain/why? I hope they have more episodes on Walter and William's battle with the other dimension, this one was fantastic.

  4. i love the nod to back to the future when walter is taking alternate peter:
"we can't get where we're going in a car" echoes doc brown's line "roads? where we're going we don't need-- roads."

  5. Does this mean Walter might not have been hallucinating when he re-visited St. Claire's?
