Fringe Easter Egg Roundup for "6B"

Here are some recurring "Easter egg" screen shots from the Fringe episode 6B:

The Observer can be walking past the Rosencrantz building, right at the beginning of the episode.

Hidden Glyph: I didn't see any hidden Fringe symbols in this episode. It may not be an "every episode" Easter egg, like the Observer or Next Episode Clues. Or maybe I just missed it... if you find something, let me know!

Next Episode Clue: In the last episode "Immortality", the license plate of the second victim is APT6B. In this episode, Alice Merchant lived in Apt 6B, which is also the title of the episode.

Fringe Easter Eggs: Dr. Jacoby

In the Fringe episode "The Firefly", Walter dons a pair of glasses with red and blue lenses to enable him to "see Roscoe's aura" so that he can "measure the depth of his hypnotic state". He mentions that they were created by an old friend, Dr. Jacoby from Washington state.

Dr. Lawrence Jacoby, portrayed by Russ Tamblyn, was a highly eccentric psychiatrist from the TV show Twin Peaks (IMO, one of the best TV shows ever).

Fringe Easter Eggs: Violet Sedan Chair Records

      Email Post       1/07/2011 09:02:00 AM

Fringe producers have created an actual vinyl record for the fictional band Violet Sedan Chair, and their album Seven Suns has been hidden in independent record outlets nationwide.

According to TV Line,

“They’ve been in stores for a couple of months now,” says a show insider. The best part: Each individual album is different, including specific spoilers and clues about the show embedded in the lyrics (and possibly elsewhere). “They all have unique properties,” says the source.
Now fans just have to find the stores that carry the album. Well, that and figure out who are the real musicians behind the faux group. Says the insider: “We’re keeping that a secret for now.” (Sure, now they decide to be tight-lipped!)
Check out your local indie record store, and see if you can pick up a copy. Then send us your pics, and we can piece together the puzzle.

Violet Sedan Chair will be featured in the upcoming Fringe episode Firefly. In the episode, Walter will come face-to-face with his musical hero Roscoe Joyce, the keyboardist of the ’70s band.
