But the good thing about Fringe is that there are always interesting insights to ponder. Indeed, those past days I have been thinking about the episode title, and the truth is that I didn't get to see the reference to "forced perspective". For so I find very wise your point of view, both in relation to the episode itself as to the point where we are in the overall story-arc.
I've been thinking the whole season that we are being "manipulated" to see things different as they really are.R0neohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09303228893601067597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-788645746622659643.post-79759530319705604642012-02-01T08:11:51.609-05:002012-02-01T08:11:51.609-05:00"...she’s been trapped in the role of, you gu..."...she’s been trapped in the role of, you guessed it, an observer: unable to affect reality because anything she does or says only insures that the dreaded outcome will come to pass."

Nice insight, Josie, but I don't believe we have enough information yet to make this conclusion.
September, by not erasing Peter from existence, changed things. But we haven't seen the outcome of September's action-yet, to say whether or not "the dreaded outcome will come to pass."fringeobsessedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02818528329131089151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-788645746622659643.post-28210624093929153452012-01-31T12:06:56.998-05:002012-01-31T12:06:56.998-05:00Very good this revisional essay on the episode, &q...Very good this revisional essay on the episode, "Forced Perspective", Josie Kafka. I feel compelled to believe that the existential factor, what happens in the worlds of Fringe, there is a kind of imposition, destined something, or a kind of fate, something to be cared for and respected, which is under the responsibility of the Observers . But as in real life, I think, that this destiny is malleable, is constantly adjusted to the circumstances of Fringe, even with the intervention of the Observers. A Fringe fact, for me, is not destined to be, and yes, occurs due to random entailments. So to answer your question, I do not believe in destiny, in the worlds of Fringe (and not in real life, too ...).Zepphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01697038527530043362noreply@blogger.com
